BlitzQuiz *bop*

Our idea is to take the traditional pub music quiz to a new level by integrating online music services, Twitter and a bunch of other resources.

Starting from a playlist with tracks, we help create a set of questions for the quiz. These can be tweeted to your followers, and whoever choses to do so, can participate in the quiz. Each question is answered in sequence and the toplist is updated seamlessly.

Question can be totally free in composition (as long as you stay within the 140 chars) but with a simple click we offer a possibility to generate an anonymous link to a web based player for a track and the combatants will then try and answer with the correct artist and song title as quick as possible.

BlitzQuiz *bop* is soon to be released on a server close to you!

After logging in it's convenient to submit a playlist (however optional)

Playlists are submitted via urls. Current version supports rather crude parsing but we have high hopes for other projects to open up, such as Spotify and others.

Each quiz uses a hashtag to send out questions and to listen for answers. It's preferably a short and easy one.

The framwork of the quiz is in place with one question per track in the playlist. Now it's time to fill it out with some more elaborate questions.

When the question is published and tweeted, incoming anwers are starting to show up.

...and you can move on to the next question. And so on.

For the contestants, there's either their preferred twitter-apps as interface, or they can check out the hosted quiz page. This is what it looks like when the quiz is created, but not yet started.

A question is started, and there's a link to a track. Clicking the link takes the contestant to a new page...

...where it's possible to play the track without getting any information on who the artist is or what's the name of the song is.

When a correct answer has been marked by the quiz owner and the question is closed, the toplist is instantly updated to show who's in lead.
